We learn about your business through workshops and stakeholder interviews, research your buyers and get to grips with the competitive landscape. We then propose the concept of the show in our 'Blueprint' along with a roadmap of episodes and full-funnel content plan.

Once everything is approved, we create the necessary branded assets and begin booking guests that fit your target ICP to record the first three episodes. Once they're recorded we develop the audio style of the podcast, cut together the trailer, and prepare to launch across all channels.

Running a sprint-based process, we record, package and release new episodes on a fortnightly cadence. Our goal is to move fast and optimise often. Every two weeks we sit down with you to identify what’s working (and what isn’t!) so we can iteratively improve every part of the strategy - from production to distribution.

If required, we can work towards offloading the production of the podcast to be managed in-house by providing your internal team members with the necessary training and equipment.
