Under the guidance of senior production staff, the Junior Podcast Producer will assist in crafting engaging audio content for our client's listeners.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in all stages of podcast production, from concept development to post-production.
  • Coordinate with the content team to schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Manage and operate audio recording equipment during recording sessions.
  • Edit and mix audio content using digital audio workstations.
  • Collaborate with senior producers to implement creative direction.
  • Assist in scriptwriting and show outline creation.
  • Research topics, potential guests, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote episodes and increase listener engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings to brainstorm ideas and provide input.
  • Stay updated on the latest podcasting techniques, tools, and best practices.

    • Job requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, or related field preferred.
    • Basic understanding of audio production techniques.
    • Experience with editing tools, including Descript.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Genuine passion for podcasts and audio storytelling.
